We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Mui Ne and just steps away from a beautiful, sandy beach. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and even a beachfront area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

A beautiful hotel right on a fantastic beach with white sand and a great pool area. Located about half way between Phan Thiet and Mui Ne village but very easy to get a cab for about $3 - $4 to the main road with several restaurants. The room was absolutely excellent - booked a garden view villa but was placed in a sea view villa at no extra cost and without requesting. Very quiet and a great place to relax for a week on the beach after a very busy week travelling around - a perfect way to end our holiday.
The staff were very friendly but the English in the hotel was quite poor - not in any way a complaint or a moan - just something to be aware of. I found the hotel restaurant nowhere near the quality we had become used to in other areas of the country or even in Mui Ne itself and very expensive. A meal in very good quality restaurants close by is about $4 - $6 and a beer less than $1. In the restaurant, a main course is more like $12 - $15, a beer about $2.5 and the quality nowhere near as good. The food here would be the only thing poor I could say about the entire hotel. In every other respect - 5*.

Nothing to be said.

Location was great. Pool was great and loved the outside showers. Room was good size and good showers in bathroom.
The food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired! I sent back spring rolls that were served to me black burnt. Definately needs improving in that area. Too many staff standing around when eating. Nightly entertainment was too loud. Having to pay for shuttle was cheeky !

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach with nice sand and close to a food court. the courtesy bus provides easy access to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. the spacious and well-maintained rooms provide beautiful views of the pool area, and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of options. guests can enjoy the free tennis courts and spa facilities.
Some staff members may need to improve their language skills to better communicate with guests.

Spent Easter at a great hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere. The beach was peaceful and very clean, perfect for sunbathing as there were always sunbeds available. Also, the restaurant was good and offered a good variety of options. One of the best aspects was the reasonably priced minimart within the hotel.
The breakfast offering was a bit limited with many items not available at 9. Also, the housekeeping staff was very active and eager to clean the room before 8:30 am, before even having breakfast. Additionally, the toilet paper policy was very strict and we had to request a spare roll.

Nothing at all.

The beach at the hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. The pool also had a great view and was huge with waterfalls and pool BBQ. A perfect stay for family with live music in the evening. The breakfast buffet had various options and a mix of European and local dishes.
The service level was poor, and the staff showed minimum interest and was unorganized. On the first day, they wanted to retain our passports, and then we found out that we could not charge anything to our room without leaving our passports.
